This cookie policy explains the cookies and browser storage used for account sign-in, live-chat continuity, and remembering your acknowledgement of our notice. The site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Browsing the site is not treated as consent to optional tracking.

When you sign in, the first-party web_auth_token cookie authenticates your account. It is HTTP-only. The webIsLogin and webUserId cookies support the signed-in interface. These cookies last up to seven days and are cleared at logout.

The webUser entry in local storage holds your signed-in profile until logout or until you clear browser storage. Local storage is different from a cookie.

Our first-party chat uses masswear_visitor_id in local storage to identify a returning browser. The masswear_live_chat_session entry in session storage holds your session identifier and visitor token to reconnect your conversation.

Session storage lasts for the browser tab session. The visitor identifier remains until browser storage is cleared. Chat also sends the current page address and referrer to our service to provide support context.

The masswear_cookie_notice cookie stores essential-v1 after you select Accept essential cookies. It lasts 180 days and prevents repeated notices. It does not enable analytics, advertising, or additional tracking. Once accepted, the notice stays hidden. Cookie information remains available on this policy page.

You can inspect, block, or remove cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Removing account cookies may sign you out; removing chat storage may prevent reconnection to an existing conversation. Removing the notice cookie makes the banner appear again after three seconds on your next visit.

There are no optional cookie categories to switch on or off at present. If we introduce optional tracking, we will update the policy and notice before enabling it.
